  • Mr. Olczak was appointed Group CEO PMI in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Chief Executive Officer since May 2021. Committed to delivering a smoke-free future and expanding the company’s product portfolio into wellness and healthcare, Mr. Olczak has been a vital driver of PMI’s transformation into a business-to-consumer company innovating for better.

    Mr. Olczak started his career with PMI in 1993, beginning in finance and general management positions across Europe, including Managing Director of PMI’s markets in Poland and Germany and President of the European Union Region. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2012 and Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Before joining PMI, Mr. Olczak worked for BDO Binder.

    Mr. Olczak holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Lodz, Poland.

  • Mr. Babeau was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2020. Before joining PMI, he spent over a decade at Schneider Electric, where he served as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Legal Affairs. He joined Schneider Electric in 2009 as Executive Vice President, Finance and a member of the Management Board.

    From 1993–2009, Mr. Babeau worked at Pernod Ricard, initially as an Internal Auditor. He subsequently moved through several executive positions in France and abroad. As Chief Financial Officer and Group Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Babeau supervised Finance, Information Systems, and Industry Administration. He started his career at Arthur Andersen in 1990.

    Mr. Babeau sits on the board of Davide Campari-Milano N.V. and previously served as Vice Chairman of AVEVA Group plc and as an independent director at Sanofi S.A. and Sodexo. He holds a degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.

  • Mr. Dobrowolski was appointed Group Controller in January 2026, having served as Vice President and Controller since August 2021.

    Mr. Dobrowolski has been with the company since 1996, when he joined PMI Brazil as an intern in the accounting department. He progressed rapidly to the role of Manager, Financial Planning and CapEx in 2004. In 2011, Mr. Dobrowolski transferred to the Operations Center as Controller, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, before being named Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Reporting in 2019.

    Mr. Dobrowolski holds an accounting degree from the Federal University of Parana, Brazil.

  • Mr. Guérin was appointed Group Chief Legal Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel since July, 2023.

    Since 2006, Mr. Guérin has held several positions within the Legal & Compliance department, including VP and Associate General Counsel, Middle East, Africa & PMI Duty Free (2018–2019); VP and Associate General Counsel, South and Southern Asia (2019–2021), based in Hong Kong; and VP and Associate General Counsel, Corporate (since 2021). In this last role, he served as lead deal counsel on PMI’s acquisition of Swedish Match.

    Mr. Guérin studied law, management, and finance in parallel. In 2001, he received both a Master of Science in management from ESSEC Business School and a Master in Law from Cergy-Pontoise University. In 2002, he was admitted to practice law by the Paris Bar Association. Before joining PMI, he practiced with Skadden Arps.

  • Mr. Harpantidis was appointed Group Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Senior Vice President, External Affairs since May 2024. He was previously Area Vice President, South East Europe Cluster, a role he assumed in February 2023.

    In 2003, Mr. Harpantidis joined Papastratos, PMI’s affiliate in Greece, where he held key positions in the company’s Commercial department in Greece and abroad. From 2012 to 2015, he held senior management positions in sales strategy and then the commercialization of new-generation products at PMI’s Operations Center in Lausanne. In August 2015, he became Chairman and Managing Director of Papastratos and Head of the EU South East Cluster, where he led the organization to establish IQOS as a cornerstone of our smoke-free future, leveraging on our science, investments, and continuous engagement with policymakers, stakeholders, and society at large.

    Mr. Harpantidis studied physics at Aristotle University in Greece and holds a master’s degree in economics and an MBA from Kent University, U.K.

  • Mr. Patitucci was appointed Group Chief People & Culture Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Chief People & Culture Officer in April 2023. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, People & Culture for Consumer, Product, Life Sciences, and Commercial since 2019.

    His career with Philip Morris International spans more than three decades. He joined the organization in 1998 as Director, Human Resources in Romania and has since served in multiple roles and geographies—including as Vice President, Human Resources for Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Duty Free, China, and later Russia. Mr. Patitucci has also served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Reduced-Risk Products and Science & Innovation functions, driving the development of the organizations at the core of PMI’s smoke-free transformation. Before joining PMI, he was Human Resources Manager for Kraft in France.

    Mr. Patitucci holds a postgraduate diploma from the Rouen Business School and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Normandy, both in France.

  • Mr. de Wilde became CEO PMI International in January 2026. He was previously President, South and Southeast Asia, Commonwealth of Independent States, Middle East, and Africa Region since January 2023. Prior to that, he had been President, European Union Region since 2015.

    Mr. de Wilde joined PMI in 1992 as Brand Manager L&M for Philip Morris Belgium. He subsequently served as Marketing Director for Philip Morris Spain S.L., Sales Director of Spain, and Managing Director of Philip Morris Greece, where he led the acquisition and integration of the Papastratos Cigarette Manufacturing Company. In 2005, he became Managing Director of PMI’s affiliate in Italy. He then held positions as President, Philip Morris Japan KK and Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales.

    Before joining PMI, Mr. de Wilde worked at Colgate-Palmolive, Belgium as a Regional Sales Manager.

    Mr. de Wilde holds a degree in economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a master’s degree in management from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

  • Ms. Kennedy became CEO of PMI’s U.S. business in January 2023.

    Ms. Kennedy began her career with Philip Morris USA in 1995 as a Territory Sales Manager. She held several positions of increasing responsibility before becoming Vice President, Sales, Southeast Region in Atlanta in 2006. In 2010, she joined PMI’s Operations Center in Lausanne as Vice President, Sales Strategy, and in April 2013 became Area Vice President, Southeast

    Europe. Ms. Kennedy served as Managing Director for Germany, Austria, Croatia, and Slovenia from 2015 until she was appointed President, South & Southeast Asia Region in 2018.

    Ms. Kennedy holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and cultural anthropology from Randolph College in the United States and an Executive MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

  • Mr. Kunst became CEO Aspeya, in April 2024. He was previously Chief Strategy Officer for Aspeya, a role he assumed in March 2023. Before that, he had been PMI’s Senior Vice President, Commercialization and Senior Vice President, Commercial Transformation.

    Prior to joining PMI, Mr. Kunst was a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, beginning in 2009, leading Bain’s Healthcare Practice in EMEA and working with healthcare clients on growth strategy, commercial capability building, change management, and organizational effectiveness. From 1998–2009, he was a partner at Monitor Company, focusing on healthcare clients. He was Head of Planning and Reporting at Arcor from 1996–1998.

    Mr. Kunst holds an MBA from the European Business School in Germany.

  • Michele Cattoni

  • Mr. Cattoni became Chief Global Research & Development Officer in January 2026, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Research & Development since February 2025. Before this, he had served as Senior Vice President, Innovation since 2022, where he led the development of PMI’s next-generation heat-not-burn products and portfolio pipeline.

    After joining PMI as a design engineer in 1991, Mr. Cattoni held positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, before being appointed Vice President of Operations for the European Union Region in 2010. As Vice President, Technology & Operations, Reduced-Risk Products from 2013, and Vice President, Engineering Technology and Quality Assurance from 2015, he pioneered PMI’s efforts in smoke-free product development and innovation, including the construction of its flagship smoke-free products factory in Bologna and initial electronic capabilities in Asia. He was named Vice President of Heat-Not-Burn Platforms in 2020, where he successfully defined the strategy for PMI in this category.

    Mr. Cattoni holds a Swiss bachelor’s degree in microengineering.

  • Mr. Coutts was appointed Chief Global Operations Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Senior Vice President, Operations since January 2023. He oversees PMI’s diverse manufacturing footprint, supply chain, and related functions as the company evolves from a cigarette manufacturer to a science- and technology-driven organization delivering a smoke-free future.

    Mr. Coutts joined PMI in 1995 as an Operations trainee at Philip Morris Australia. He then held positions of increasing responsibility in several geographies, including Indonesia, Lithuania, and Russia. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President, RRP Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In 2018, he took on the role of Vice President, Global Manufacturing, heading a network of 39 production facilities and the large-scale transformation of PMI’s manufacturing ecosystem.

    Mr. Coutts holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Swinburne University of Technology and a graduate diploma from RMIT University in Australia.

  • Dr. Gilchrist was appointed Chief Global Communications Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Chief Communications Officer since January 2024. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Strategic and Scientific Communications, a role she assumed in 2018.

    Since joining PMI in 2006, Dr. Gilchrist held several positions, including leading the Reduced-Risk Products Corporate Affairs team, serving as Director of Scientific Engagement within the R&D function, and working in both product development and commercialization.

    Prior to joining the company, Dr. Gilchrist worked in the pharmaceutical sector for more than a decade. She was a principal consultant within PwC’s and IBM’s pharmaceutical industry consulting groups and held positions within both industry and nonprofit organizations as a developer of drug formulations.

    Dr. Gilchrist holds a degree in Pharmacy and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, both from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.

  • Michael Voegele

  • Mr. Voegele was appointed Chief Global Digital & Information Officer in January 2026, having served as PMI’s Chief Digital & Information Officer since March 2021. He joined PMI in 2019 as Chief Technology Officer.

    Before joining PMI, Mr. Voegele worked for adidas from 2011–2018, serving as Vice President, Group Functions and Head of Enterprise Architecture before being appointed Senior Vice President, IT Sales. In 2015, Mr. Voegele was named Global Chief Information Officer. He was appointed to the core leadership team in 2017, in which role he initiated the company’s digital transformation and reshaped its IT organization and strategy, making it more consumer-centric and supportive of innovation. Prior to his tenure at adidas, he spent more than a decade at SAP.

    Mr. Voegele holds an engineering degree from Universität Karlsruhe in Germany.

  • Mr. Volpetti became Chief Global Growth Officer in January 2026. He was previously President, Smoke-Free Products Category & Chief Consumer Officer since May 2025. Prior to that, he’d served as President, Smoke-Free Inhaled Products & Chief Consumer Officer from January 2023 after having served as President, Smoke-Free Products Category & Chief Consumer Officer from November 2021.

    He joined PMI in 2019 as Chief Consumer Officer. He previously worked at Procter & Gamble for 22 years, where he progressed through various roles with increasing responsibility in Italy and Mexico and on a regional level for the European market. In 2013, he became Vice President for a multifunctional, global business unit at P&G. An experienced marketer with broad experience in commercial and consumer roles in developed and developing markets, Mr. Volpetti specializes in consumer-centric marketing programs, business model transformation, digital acceleration, and disruptive innovation. In 2015, he worked at Luxottica Eyewear as Chief Marketing Officer.

    Mr. Volpetti holds a degree in business administration from LUISS University in Italy.
